This Program will get you feeling more confident, stronger and confident inside and outside of the gym, this training plan has been programmed for best results with an effective and detailed resistance training plan, utilizing DUP (Daily Undulating Periodization) to bring out the best version of you and transform your body. It will include relevant and effective warm ups and cool downs with flexibility training to keep you comfortable, flexible, promote recovery and maximum performance. You will also benefit from Cardiovascular training in the form of Circuit Training, Plyometric circuits, skill based circuits, Pilates Circuits and many more as well as HIIT and LISS, improving Cardiovascular (Heart and Lung) Function, endurance, muscle tone, power output and all round physical wellness; these are carefully crafted into training blocks throughout the 12 weeks to maximise your results and performance. Once you have Purchased the Program and completed the start up forms, you will be granted access to all of your content.
