This is a completely individualised program that will be planned just for you, this plan is recommended if no other plan fits your goals or if you have medical conditions or any other barriers to physical activity that I would need tailor your plan around. Once you have completed the start up forms, I will begin to build your program to get you well on your way to your goals and a healthier lifestyle. It will take approximately 2 weeks to build your program; once built you will be notified via email and you can begin to follow and track your program online or offline via Google sheets. Don't forget to check in with me at the end of every week to let me know how your getting on. At the end of your 4 weeks there is the option to renew you plan for only £20 to ensure you continue progressing. "Life is a journey, not a destination". This Program will get you feeling more confident and stronger inside and outside of the gym, this training plan will be programmed for best results with an effective and detailed training plan, incorporating methods such as resistance & cardiovascular training, to bring out the best version of you and transform your body. It will include relevant and effective warm ups and cool downs with flexibility training to keep you comfortable, flexible, promote recovery and maximum performance. Please feel free to complete my online functional movement screen, to receive additional custom corrective exercises to help correct any posture or mobility issues you may have.
